Networks, whether wire, or wireless networks, are supported, as well as, the routers, hubs, switches, and other necessary peripherals. Broadband cable connections, DSL connections, wireless networking and wire network installation, and network connections for all your computers and printers, is provided.

Virus Removal

Painless virus removal normally provided. We will make all attempts to remove the virus -- not just reformat your hard drive. We will fix the problem, not cause you new ones by destroying your valuable data. Most viruses can be fixed or removed in a reasonable amount of time. We have written our own software to remove all but the most stubborn viruses. We can install virus protection to keep out the viruses, Trojan Horses, Worms, etc. We can install software to remove the SPYWARE, SCUMWARE, SCAMWARE, ADWARE, AD pop-ups, and all the destructive and irksome problems they cause. We have the fixes, and the preventative software to keep your computers running great.

Hardware and Software Upgrades

Upgrades, including hardware and software installation is available. We can add or replace small hard drives with new, large drives, add CD and DVD burners. You can now backup your favorite movies and music: quickly and easily.

Data Recovery

We can provide data recovery from crashed disks, if at all possible. Disks that have crashed, disks that have been accidentally erased or formatted, and disks that have been damaged by viruses.

Moving your Offices

We can help you make moving your offices as painless as possible when it comes to your computer systems, phones systems, and any other technical and/or delicate equipment. Computer Hardware

dTech will provide a service and maintenance relationship for clients that entails on-site and/or depot service with 4 through 48 hour turnaround at rates of 15% down to 10%, of equipment list prices, per year. We also have provisions for "Hot Spares" where we keep client computer equipment on the shelf ready to install. With Computer hardware provided by dTech, the first year computer maintenance is normally included.

Computer Software

dTech will provide a computer service or computer  maintenance relationship for clients that entails on-site and/or telephone service, starting at $100.00 per month. With computer software purchased through dTech, this is usually free for a period detailed in the purchase contract. With third party computer software bought through dTech, the first three months is normally free.
