Health Risk Screening Tool - Physical Status Review

DTECH has been a leader in providing health administration tools to public and private agencies serving the needs of persons with Developmental Disabilities (DD). This role has been expanded to encompass any given population of individuals with or without complex health care challenges.  The State of Oklahoma designed the Physical Status Review (PSR) in the mid-nineties and DTECH automated the process as the Health Risk Screening/Assessment Tool (HRST) Computer Software in 1998, to increase the functionality of the "paper" version of this tool. We now call the tool the HRST-PSR.
