DTECH does NOT guarantee the item will work in your system, or with your hardware. You can call (918-583-7447x110) and we will discuss whether the item will work in your system, or not. For $75.00 per hour, we will walk you through the implementation for computer equipment.

The item is nothing more and nothing less than is described in the AD header. Any other info that has been gleaned from manufacturer's documentation is presented for your edification only.

Warranty on this and all items that DTECH sells is 30 Days from SHIPMENT date (unless, SOLD AS-IS, or UNTESTED, is the description.) This is a 15-day warranty, and allows 15 days for shipping and inspection time.

ALL returns REQUIRE a VOICE authorized RMA number. Please call 918-622-6966 to obtain a RMA number and return info. Any package returned to DTECH without an RMA number will be refused, and marked return to sender. DTECH will pay for 2-day return shipping (for US 48 state) on any defective part. This does not include parts over 10 pounds, (monitors, cases etc.) or any part with a sales price of less than $50.00. These parts will be shipped by ground. Defective parts will be cross-shipped within 24 hours at DTECH'S expense, if we have a credit card for security. This gets your replacement part within 2 to 5 days. A credit card for security is the only way we will cross ship, even if WE MAKE THE ERROR: no exceptions. Any part returned and found to be in working condition, will be charged a $10 inspection fee + the return shipping.
